Nutrition isn’t just about eating healthy-sounding food from a meal plan, or following a particular diet for a specific amount of time; It’s about habits and intuition, and I’m here to help you develop a healthier sense of those.

A Nutrition Coach is someone who is on your side and who listens to you. They’re there to hear your story, understand your special circumstances and goals, and to work with you to achieve them!

Nutrition coaching is for the person who wants to get a grip on their eating habits. Maybe it’s to lose some weight, maybe it’s to gain muscle, maybe it’s just to feel better. Regardless of your reasons, a coach does more than just assign a generic meal-plan and program for you to follow.

They cater to your individual needs, and teach you how to make your own choices.

I’m not going to give you a diet plan. As a nutritional agnostic, I don’t believe in any one diet as there are some aspects to most diets that can be helpful to one person at any given time. However, the body changes as we change. As our age, activity and stress levels change, so too do our nutritional needs.

This is not a “one-size-fits-all” approach. Every time I take on a new client, we start from the very beginning, regardless of their nutritional and fitness background. We work together from the ground up to establish where they are in terms of their knowledge and habits, and piece by piece we work on improving what needs improvement, and shining light on what already works.

What you can expect from my Programs:

A customized program, based entirely on your own unique circumstances and life situation, with motivational tips and techniques for making better nutritional choices, daily habits, and even cooking tips!

Weekly one-on-one sessions where we go more into depth about your goals, your concerns, any obstacles you’ve been encountering as well as your successes.

Guides and Worksheets to help you better understand yourself, how to build good eating habits, and even how to expand these skills to other areas of your life.

Ongoing support throughout the day, every day of the week!

Currently there are three tiers of program lengths to choose from, and extra packages that you can add-on, including cooking-classes, grocery store tours and pantry overhauls. All are available entirely online through the use of Skype, Facebook and Facetime. For Clients living near the Brighton, Ontario area, physical meetings can also happen with further discussion.
